EnergyCAP has been recognized as a "Best Adoption-Friendly Workplace" by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. EnergyCAP was honored for offering a $5,000 grant per adopted child plus two weeks of paid leave for employees who are adopting. Read the press release.
